As an accomplished brand and customer experience expert, Stephen has helped companies around the world create High Performance Brands that drive customer preference, loyalty and sustained marketplace success. His experience includes working as a brand planner within one of the world’s largest communications agencies, leading the brand management function at telecommunications industry giant Vodafone, and running his own London and Munich-based branding and marketing consultancy. Over the years he’s successfully trained and tutored more than 1000 marketing professionals. He is co-author of the book Storytelling: Branding in Practice.
