This course will explore the details of strategic management. You will learn the methods and practises used to make effective business decisions, and become proficient at comprehensive planning.

Course Overview

This Business Strategy course will help you to identify and eliminate any potential bias from your corporate decisions. You will learn the appropriate techniques for business planning, and will gain a thorough understanding of the strategic management lifecycle.

By the end of this course you will be able to:

  • English language - Common European Framework (CEF) Level B2* or equivalent (all teaching and learning materials are provided in English only)
