From there you will learn how to turn approved proposals into practical projects where you will be able to manage the timescales, costs and resources needed, draw up a detailed plan and schedule for how to achieve each stage of the project, make sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards, and report regularly on progress to the client or to senior managers.
